Ever dreamed of running away with the circus? Here you get the chance to dive into the world of circus arts without packing a suitcase. Circle of Arts regularly arranges open training for adults over 18, where you can try your hand at juggling, acrobatics and obstacle courses in AFUK's professional circus facilities.
Under the guidance of experienced circus trainers, you get access to four hours of training with all the equipment you need: mats, trapezes, trampolines and more. There is no fixed program — the training is tailored to your abilities and wishes, so both beginners and more experienced participants can find their level. You need no prior experience; what matters is curiosity and a desire to move your body and challenge yourself.
