This AI Masterclass is presented by TechWomen Cph and Women in Data & Analytics and is designed for data analysts, data scientists, product managers, designers and others who want to develop from casual AI curiosity to informed AI judgment.
Through three interactive modules, participants receive practical training in critically evaluating AI solutions and applying a structured approach from decision to implementation. Each session builds on real examples and demonstrates the disciplined path from idea to deployed solution.
The program consists of three acts:
- Act 1 – Decide with Galina Zirneeva: A hands-on workshop where participants develop a reusable evaluation framework for AI outputs and learn a structured go/iterate/kill decision method based on explicit criteria rather than gut feeling.
- Act 2 – Defend/Press with Sara Mehrabi: Participants pressure-test their decision by defending it to AI acting as a skeptical stakeholder, which sharpens their ability to communicate and argue before meeting with real stakeholders.
- Act 3 – Deliver/Pipeline Demo with Monique Marins: A live walkthrough of professional AI delivery, covering a functional reference architecture for AI development pipelines and showing where human oversight belongs. Particularly relevant for data scientists, developers, data engineers and product managers building their own prototypes.
Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to fully participate.
