American-African stand-up comedian Nya Yeanafehn returns to Copenhagen with fresh material filled with humor about cultural differences. His comedy explores the funny and interesting aspects of living across different cultures – from travel habits in Europe to differences in dining out between the USA and Europe, as well as reflections on identity and being new in a country.
New, amusing stories await on stage – humor that speaks to locals, expats, and anyone who has felt out of place. Nya started his comedy career in New York City and has since moved to Europe after his first visit to Berlin. He regularly performs at venues across Europe and is also producer and host of the podcast "Third Culture Talk", where he interviews people who grew up in cultures different from their current one. The podcast was recently featured in the German magazine Stern.
