Anne Efternøler & Lige Børn

A distinctive jazz quartet featuring trumpet and three double basses. Anne Efternøler & Lige Børn is a creative ensemble that creates a musical universe of deep, resonant frequencies and clear melodies. With two acclaimed and award-nominated releases behind them, the quartet is touring in November 2026.

The experience is described as musical microbiology – a thoughtful exploration of beauty in the slow, the simple, and the seemingly mundane. There is room for both free play and structure, for remarkable ensemble work and minimalist expression, where beautiful and honest moods shine through.

Performers:

• Anne Efternøler – trumpet
• Thomas Morgan – double bass
• Anders Christensen – double bass
• Richard Andersson – double bass
