Arla Unika is renowned for its innovatively developed dairy products favored by the country's top restaurants, created through collaboration between passionate dairy experts, product developers, and experienced chefs. Troldgården is a family-run farm in Central Jutland producing premium organic charcuterie from its own livestock, with animal welfare and sustainability at its core.
The evening features long tables filled with tapas at the highest level – cheese from Arla Unika and charcuterie from Troldgården. The first 15 ticket buyers will also gain access to an exclusive masterclass before dinner, where you'll taste the finest selections from both brands.
