What happens when 18 young people and children let their bodies, imagination and creativity run free? Through a series of workshops with artist duo Take Up Space, Kulturpiloterne have explored what the body can do, how movement tells stories, and the power of expressing yourself in new ways.
The result is Balladen – a performance art journey inspired by the historic Lade at Sundholm and all the atmospheres and spaces the place holds. The performance invites you into a world of tableaux, powerful movements, unexpected moments and shifting emotions. There may be surprises along the way.
You don't need to prepare or know the story in advance – just show up and follow the journey.
