Lundehus Basketball is one of Denmark's fastest-growing basketball clubs with a special focus on girls' basketball. The club is 44% female and is known for strong team unity, with coaching staff and parents prioritizing development of both the whole team and each individual player.
For U13 girls, training is offered 2–3 times weekly at different locations. The club's philosophy centers friendship and team spirit, and last year the team won the Gothenburg Basketball Festival. All skill levels are welcome, from beginners to ambitious players.
The trial training is free – bring indoor shoes (or cleaned sneakers), movement-friendly clothing, and a water bottle. The club helps with financial difficulties by assisting in applications for support. As an extra incentive, the club offers a "Friendship Guarantee": without at least 3 new friends after 3 sessions, you get your money back!
