Lundehus Basketball is one of Denmark's fastest-growing basketball clubs with a special focus on girls' basketball. The club has 52% female members and was recognized in 2025 as "Copenhagen's Sports Association of the Year" by the Municipality of Copenhagen, DGI, and the Danish Sports Federation. The girls' team is known for strong teamwork and high performance – they won the Gothenburg Basketball Festival among other achievements.
Training offers development for both the whole team and individual players, with experienced coaching staff and a focus on friendship. There is room for all levels – both beginners and those seeking a challenge.
Training schedule for U13:
- Tuesday 4:30 PM–6:00 PM at TK Ungdomgård (near Emdrup Station)
- Wednesday 5:45 PM–7:00 PM at Gladsaxe Sports Centre
- Friday 3:30 PM–4:30 PM at Lundehushallen (near Lundehusskolen/Emdrup Station)
The club offers financial support with membership assistance if needed. Bring indoor shoes and a water bottle. Lundehus Basketball has a "Friendship Guarantee" – if you don't make at least 3 new friends after 3 training sessions, you get your money back.
