Embroidery Salon with Julie Andkjær Olsen

Express your artistic visions through embroidery in an open shared space with no performance pressure. In the Embroidery Salon, people with and without prior experience work side by side – beginners and experienced embroiderers help each other and share ideas.

Julie Andkjær Olsen, who works across music, dance, and visual art, facilitates the sessions. In 2012, she published the book 'have og helvede' with her sister, which combines embroidery, collage, and watercolor.

Fabric, thread, and needles are included in the entrance fee. Feel free to bring your own embroideries or materials, and remember to bring your own cup for coffee.
