Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines dynamic kicks, impressive acrobatics, rhythmic music, and authentic Brazilian culture. Training covers combat techniques, acrobatics, and the traditions surrounding capoeira – singing and music play a central role.
The class welcomes both beginners and experienced participants, and Mestra Vida (the first female master in Northern Europe) adapts all exercises to suit age and level. Here you train, sweat, and laugh together in a strong and inspiring community. After training, many students stay to practice more.
The season runs from September to June, and new members are welcomed throughout the year. Come by, introduce yourself to the instructor, and you'll be guided further. Remember to bring clothing you can move freely in and a water bottle.
