Cellist Hannah-Rae Hampson performs hypnotic music, while model and artist Helene Sally weaves her classical poses into a performative dance with the music. Rather than traditional instruction, the hosts guide you through an organic flow of shorter and longer poses, where drawing, music, and movement merge into one creative stream.
