An exclusive and intimate evening of champagne and German sparkling wine in Copenhagen. A maximum of 14 guests will have the opportunity to explore the world of bubbles and meet the producers behind the bottles.
The focus is on Champagne Augustin from Avenay-Val-d'Or, where biodynamic vineyard practices form the foundation for wines with great depth and distinctive character. Also featured is Frank John's Riesling sparkling wine from the Pfalz region — a sparkling wine aged long on the lees, which also appears on the wine list of three-Michelin-starred Rutz in Berlin.
During the tasting, you will hear the stories behind the producers while exploring the glass and discovering new favorites for your winter celebrations and New Year's festivities. The event takes place in the atmospheric Wild Horses Gallery in Sydhavnen.
