A festive December evening by the shores of Furesø, where Restaurant Furesøbad combines a well-stocked carvery buffet with an intimate Christmas concert by the duo Maibrit and Morten Kærså – known from the music group Moonjam. The duo performs in an entirely new format, presenting their own universe: high-quality pop music, intimate arrangements, and stories about a lifelong partnership.
The evening features an extensive buffet with appetizers, prime roast beef, herb-roasted pork loin, and lemon-marinated chicken breast, plus warm side dishes and fresh salads. Doors open at 17:30, appetizers are served at 18:00, and the carvery buffet begins at 18:30. The concert starts at 20:00. One of the duo's most important songs, "Julefryd," was written during the 2020 lockdown in the Swedish forest where they live – a hymn to all the togetherness and warmth we associate with Christmas.
