Ciarb invites attendees to a timely panel discussion during the IBA Annual Conference in Copenhagen, focusing on expert witness evidence in modern arbitration. Drawing on Ciarb's recent report, the panel will examine best practices for the appointment, management, and presentation of experts in international arbitration.
Attendees will also gain insight into two upcoming initiatives: new guidelines being developed by Ciarb and the International Bar Association (IBA) Arbitration Committee, and a protocol being co-developed with the Society of Construction Law (SCL).
