Work cycle balance: A conversation about how women can achieve greater balance between their natural cyclical body rhythms and linear work life. Many experience pressure when energy, focus and wellbeing are strained, as work demands constant performance despite the body naturally moving through different phases with varying resources.
Cycle awareness is about recognizing and working with the body's natural rhythms – and how these affect focus, energy and creativity throughout the month. By finding language for these shifts, one gains greater self-understanding, reduced pressure and a more sustainable approach to working life.
With cycle educator Anna Milsted, we explore what it means to live more in tune with your cycle, and which small, gentle adjustments in everyday life can make a real difference – both professionally and personally.
Registration: The event is free and open to all members of FAOD. Tickets are purchased/booked online.
