Amager Volley invites you to try volleyball with Dame 4, a newly established team for beginners. The team was created in summer 2024 and welcomes all women aged 17–30 who want to learn volleyball from the ground up. No prior experience required – it's all about having fun and joining a growing community.
The team trains together but does not yet compete in tournament leagues, so the focus is on learning, camaraderie and enjoying the sport. You can join a free trial session with no commitment.
