The mission leaders behind the Máni mission present Denmark's first space mission to the Moon. Jens Frydenvang, moon and Mars researcher from University of Copenhagen, and Peter Davidsen, Chief Technology Officer at Space Inventor, share insights into how the satellite will map the Moon's surface in unprecedented detail and pave the way for future astronauts and lunar bases.
The evening is structured with two presentations and an opportunity for questions from the audience. The Máni mission marks a decisive step for Danish space exploration, as it will be the first Danish mission to leave Earth's orbit. The sessions explore both technological and strategic aspects of the mission, including collaboration and Denmark's role in international space exchange.
Your admission also provides access to exhibitions, workshops and Science Shows at the Planetarium on the same day.
