Farveblind opens the techno office at VEGA, bringing their explosive electronic universe to Denmark. The band, counted among Europe's most exciting names in electronic music, returns with an intense and energetic performance, delivering postpunk electro shocks throughout the venue.
The trio – Jens Asger Lykkeboe Mouritzen, Magnus Pilgaard Grønnebæk and Anders Norre Arendt – fuses techno, breakbeats, industrial and postpunk in euphoric energy. Farveblind is known for their high-intensity live performances, where uncompromising music composition meets the raw power of the stage. They have performed on stages around the world, from Denmark and Europe to Asia.
After several years of silence, the trio releases their debut album Micro Pleasures on May 15th. The album explores the contrast between everyday monotonous fatigue and small glimpses of freedom – a theme particularly expressed on the debut single "Salary Man", a biting techno-house critique of office life's trivialities. Gustav Brunn (known from Viagra Boys and Yung Lean) mixed the album, which also features guest appearances from Sean Michael Seldorf Flaherty (USERS), k.flay, Elliphant, Jesse Clasen (Foreign Air) and Sebastian Monti.
Farveblind previously released the EPs Boxes (2019), Mayhem (2021) and All Clubs Are Bastards (2022) and has received international recognition from media outlets such as The Line of Best Fit and CLASH Magazine.
