Fenris is a multidisciplinary artistic interpretation of the Fenrir wolf from Norse mythology – symbolising the struggle between chaos and order, as manifested in our contemporary era through artificial intelligence and its impact on both artistic and working processes.
Created by dancer and choreographer Dud Muurmand (DK) and musician Marko Hautamäki (FI), the work was developed during an artist residency at Warehouse9's Qlab. Fenris premiered at the alternative culture festival Uma Obscura in Umeå, Sweden.
In collaboration with Warehouse9, Dud Muurmand and Marko Hautamäki invite you into their creative workspace across two evenings featuring a workshop, work-in-progress showing, and artist talk. The event takes place on 23 October 2026 from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Warehouse9 operates a "relaxed" event culture with a safer space policy and accessible facilities. The venue offers level-free entrance and a gender-neutral accessible toilet with certified stairlift. Warehouse9 is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation and The City of Copenhagen.
