From digital to social – citizen support through language, systems and screens

This free, co-creative course is for practitioners and digitally curious participants who want to strengthen their ability to support citizens in a healthcare system that is becoming increasingly digital. The focus is on people with weak language skills or low health literacy, who may struggle to navigate tools such as MinLæge, digital post, and systems that require a strong understanding of digital processes.

The course offers concrete tools to identify barriers and support the path toward digital and social inclusion. The content builds on the Social Navigator approach and the work in EU-PROMENS, and includes experience and knowledge from recent research and development in CARING-AI, MyHealth@MyHands, SHAFE Foundation, and Mentastress.
