Experience autumn's bird world on a guided walk around Utterslev Bog. With bird expert Nikolaj Noel Christensen and literature communicator Emma Kragh Mortensen, you'll gain both scientific insight and cultural perspective on our feathered friends. The walk takes you through the bog's varied landscapes — heathland, woodland edges and meadow — where you can observe which species inhabit this area throughout the year.
At the same time, literary works will be read aloud along the route, highlighting how birds have inspired writers and poets throughout history. The event is conducted in collaboration between Brønshøj Library and Utterslev Bog Friends.
The walk covers approximately 4-5 kilometres at a good pace with natural breaks for storytelling and readings along the way. Admission is free.
