Men's Senior - Tuesday

CSR Nanok's men's senior team competes in Denmark's top rugby league. As one of the country's oldest and most tradition-rich rugby clubs, it combines ambitious training with strong community values.

Training focuses on competitive level with high intensity, tactical precision, and physical strength. The program includes:

• Game understanding and tactical systems
• Physical performance – strength, explosiveness, and endurance
• Technical development – ball control, tackling, and contact
• Match preparation and analysis

CSR is located centrally in Copenhagen and attracts rugby players from around the world, creating an international environment among local and global teammates.

Training times:

• Summer (April–November): Tuesdays and Thursdays 18:30–20:00, outdoors
• Winter (December–March): indoor and strength training – details via team communication
