A Reumert-nominated production from 2026 that explores darkness as a space for revelations, magic, and dreams. The production draws from the North American creation myth "Raven Steals the Light," which tells how Raven succeeded in returning light to a world in total darkness.
Through magic tricks, visual theater, and music, the myth is retold in a way that tames the darkness and creates a space where darkness is not merely the absence of light, but a place for the invisible and a new relationship with reality. A magical experience designed for the whole family.
The production is part of the "Theater Magic Autumn Break" festival in week 42, which offers children's theater at cultural centers and libraries across multiple Copenhagen districts: Østerbro, Vesterbro, Amager, Nørrebro, Vanløse, Valby, Indre By, Brønshøj-Husum, Sydhavnen, Bispebjerg, and Tingbjerg. Admission: 40 kr.
