Your child develops motor skills and confidence through play and movement based on judo elements. Parents participate actively in training, so you get an hour of joint play and physical activity with your children.
What's included in training
- Balance games
- Judo games and elements such as somersaults and falling practice
- Balls and obstacle courses
- Play on large soft mats
- Creative imagination-based training
Children learn to follow trainer instructions and develop listening skills. When your child turns 6 and is ready, they can potentially start on one of the club's mini groups, held on Saturdays and Tuesdays.
Training times
- Saturdays 9.00-10.00 for ages 3-6 (tumble children with siblings on mini group have priority)
- Sundays 10.00-11.00 for ages 3-4 (new members age 4 welcome)
- Sundays 11.15-12.15 for ages 4-6 (age 4 only for established members after approx. ½-1 season)
