Celebrate the closing of Juuls' centenary year with their traditional Christmas whisky tasting – an evening of dark December atmosphere, storytelling, and 10 carefully selected single malts.
Jakob Bunch, who holds the keys to the shop's treasure chamber, hosts the evening and presents personal favourite whiskies and tales from the world of whisky. The evening's special highlight is three rare and vintage releases: Strathisla from 1963, Mortlach from 1971, and Glenrothes from 1972 – each served as 1 cl. A limited number of these bottles will be available for purchase at special centenary prices this evening only.
The programme features whiskies matured in sherry casks, bourbon, and American and European oak. Among them are new releases including Benromach 12 Years Old, Radius Single Cask No. 81, and The Glenturret Remembrance Winter. After tastings of the first seven whiskies, there is a break before the three vintage releases are presented.
Practical info: Thursday 3 December 2026, 18.30–20.30 (doors open 18.10) at FRB Rådhuskælder, Frederiksberg. Registration is binding and tickets are non-refundable.
