Dornonville Strings and The Royal Library present a newly established string ensemble of young, talented musicians from around the world. The ensemble brings together musicians with extraordinary artistic depth and an ambition to challenge the boundaries of chamber music.
The programme features works by Emmanuel Chausson and George Enescu — a demanding, beautiful and varied repertoire spanning from intimate and poetic to virtuosic and explosive. The soloists are Justina la Cour (violin) and Marina Saiki (piano), and the string ensemble comprises outstanding musicians from Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Australia and the USA.
A musical evening filled with passion, precision and youthful energy — an experience that moves and inspires.
