Juuls marks its 100th anniversary with tasting #9, where you can experience 9 whiskies from Elixir Distillers and the newly opened Tormore Distillery. The evening also includes stories behind Tormore Distillery and Elixir Distillers, as well as a talk by Douglas Cook, Senior Brand Ambassador for Elixir Distillers. The tasting is held in English, and there will be an opportunity to buy all bottles at a special price on this evening only.
Tormore Distillery, known as "The Jewel of Speyside", was built in 1959 in Art Deco style and was bought by the Singh brothers from Pernod Ricard in 2022. During the evening, Tormore's first three new releases will be presented as a Danish premiere. In addition, guests will taste 2 Port Askaig, 3 Single Malts of Scotland and one bottling from Macbeth Act 2, including 3 single cask bottlings made only for Juuls' 100th anniversary. Doors open at 18.10 at FRB Rådhuskælder, Frederiksberg.
