Kayhan Kalhor is an internationally acclaimed composer and kamancheh player from Iran. He is a Grammy winner, was an early member of Yo-Yo Ma's Silkroad Ensemble, and has collaborated with artists including Mohammad-Reza Shajarian, Shahram Nazeri, Kronos Quartet, and the New York Philharmonic. He is regarded as one of the most influential figures in Iranian music worldwide.
