Author Louise Juul makes her debut with the novel KH Vanløse, where the Copenhagen neighborhood of Vanløse serves as both setting and narrative center. On this evening she is invited to Kulturstationen Vanløse to share her thoughts on the work together with podcast host and cultural mediator Ann Lind Andersen.
The conversation explores how a familiar everyday environment can become literature, what stories and people emerge when you view your own neighborhood through literature's lens, and what it means to debut as an author with a novel rooted in a real place. The discussion centers on literature, local community, everyday life, and the art of writing yourself home.
