As part of Culture Night 2026 and the archives' special exhibition on complaints from the 18th century, you can take a guided tour through the archives' distinctive basement storage. Here, millions of documents and records from Copenhagen's long history are preserved – a fascinating insight into the city's past and the work of the archives.
Meeting point is at the H.C. Andersen bust outside the archives. Please note that access is only with a valid Culture Pass, and food and beverages are not permitted in the storage areas.
