The Women's Network is a free meeting community organized by ADHD Association Greater Copenhagen for women with ADHD (or awaiting diagnosis). The meeting provides an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and find recognition among other women with the same diagnosis.
Each meeting has a facilitator, often with a theme – such as study and work life, relationships, or RSD – but the conversation can develop naturally according to the group's needs. You can participate verbally or simply listen; there is no expectation of punctuality, superpowers, or a particular level of energy. The meeting is built on respect, confidentiality, and making space for one another. Many return regularly, and some form follow-up "continuation groups" whenever they feel like it and time allows.
Participation is completely free. You should ideally be a member of ADHD Association (300 kr/year or 500 kr for a household), but the facilitators do not check membership, so you are welcome to come and see what it's about. The meeting is held weekly with a break and concludes around 19:30.
