Øbro Jagtvej Library invites you to a literary Saturday dedicated to Danish literary classics. The event offers an in-depth exploration of the life and literary work of Martin A. Hansen, one of the 20th century's most significant Danish authors. His works explore central questions about faith, existence and the human condition, and he is particularly renowned for the famous novel "The Liar".
Lecturer Bo Tao Michaëlis, cand.mag in literary science and experienced literary critic, guides you through Hansen's life and key themes. Michaëlis has written about literary giants such as Hemingway and is known for his extensive knowledge of both the classics and the crime genre.
In addition to literary insight, coffee and pastries await participants. Tickets cost 75 kr. and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the library.
