Saturday Rhythmics for Children 1-2 Years

Join a joyful and engaging Saturday rhythmics session designed for children aged 1-2 years. Through singing, dancing and play, children explore music at their own pace.

The rhythmics instructor Daggrós, a trained rhythmics pedagogue from Iceland, leads the group. She has over 25 years of experience teaching children and runs Rytmikhuset, offering parent-child classes and professional development in rhythmics. Throughout her career, she has worked at libraries, cultural centres, schools and institutions, developing music projects, motor activities and language training for children.

Sessions take place in Helgasalen on the 1st floor. Please note: Arriving on time is required — late arrivals are not accepted. One ticket at 60 kr. covers one child and one adult; additional child or adult tickets can be purchased separately.
