As autumn darkness falls over Reffen, light artist NTN invites you into two sensory art installations that explore the boundaries between physical and digital space. Through interplay of light, colour, sound and projection, Werkstatt transforms into a living, immersive experience.
THE STATUE – A TRUE DIGITAL TECHNO VISION
A human figure becomes a dynamic canvas for light art. Through constantly shifting projections, the body continuously changes form and expression, as colour patterns and digital layers merge with the physical form. The result is a hypnotic 4D journey that questions the boundaries between body and image.
LIGHT BATH – BETA SESSION 0.1
Here the experience expands from the body to the entire room. Over an hour-long audiovisual journey, the installation moves from dusk to darkness, as light and sound slowly take over your surroundings. Colours pulse through the space, vibrations move through your body, and you become part of the artwork yourself – not merely a spectator, but a participant.
Both works stem from NTN's fascination with the nature of light and human perception. Drawing inspiration from the colour spectrum, optical experiments and digital technology, new visual worlds are created where light becomes form, movement and energy.
