Melt-Banana live

Melt-Banana return with their uncompromising mix of noise, hardcore, grindcore, punk, pop, electronics, and experimental music. Since the 1990s, the Japanese duo of Yasuko Onuki and Ichiro Agata have built a distinctive sonic universe that has earned them near-legendary status among audiences and fellow musicians alike.

Live, the concert is an intense experience, with Agata’s guitar sending fragments across the soundscape while Yako moves between piercing outbursts, rhythmic patterns, and melodic passages. Their 2024 album 3+5 continues the artistic development that has defined the band throughout their career.
