Mix1 is Amager Volley's inclusive team for everyone who wants to play volleyball across genders. The team brings together players aged 20–55 years and is characterized by strong social cohesion and a welcoming atmosphere—both during regular training and on match days.
Training takes place on Mondays in hall 3 and Wednesdays in hall 2. The team is open to all ages and skill levels, and you can sign up for a free trial session to see if it's a good fit for you.
