Mix 3 is Amager Volley's team for all genders, where beginners and players with some experience gather for weekly volleyball training without matches. The team focuses on having fun together and developing skills in an inclusive environment.
Training sessions are held twice weekly: Mondays in hall 3 and Wednesdays in hall 2 at Sundby Idrætspark.
