Author Niels Krause-Kjær guides us through a morning song filled with Danish classics that have shaped our musical heritage for generations. He has selected five melodies that beautifully interweave the changing face of nature, the seasons, and Danish love.

Join us for communal singing with other song-loving folk at the Main Library, where everyone can participate. Songbooks are provided, and the atmosphere is created by pianist Jens Thomsen and flautist Jørgen Halskov. Alongside Krause-Kjær stands host Steen Balle.

Program:

  • I Danmark er jeg født
  • Den blå anemone
  • Jeg ved en lærkerede
  • Nu falmer skoven trindt om land
  • Se nu stiger solen af havets skød

Doors open at 8:00 AM on the 4th floor.
