Two cookbooks from grandmothers meet as classic Danish food culture comes alive. A celebration of old, handwritten recipes brought back to life by two cooks who have rediscovered their grandmothers' culinary heritage from the days when they worked as cooks for wealthy families north of Copenhagen.
Eat your way through traditional dishes that should never have been forgotten: starters with the house's roasted, spiced-marinated, or today's herring. The main course features skipper's stew and long-simmered tender veal knuckle in crushed onions and potatoes, served with home-pickled beetroot, leek, sourdough bread, fat and butter. Finish with rainbow ice cream and homemade old-fashioned waffles.

- Main & Dessert: 195 kr
- ANKER Deluxe: 295 kr – all three courses plus 1 schnaps and 1 draft beer, glass of wine or water
