Join a free guided tour of the exhibition Power and Fashion in the Roman Empire, the largest special exhibition on antiquity in the museum's history. The tour explores how clothing, style, and appearance in antiquity were closely linked to identity, status, and power.
Along the way, you will take a closer look at sculptures that show how Roman men and women were dressed, and the tour invites reflection on what these works reveal about identity then and fashion today. The guided tour is free when museum admission has been paid. Tour tickets cannot be reserved in advance, but must be collected at the ticket desk on the day. Tickets are not issued to groups of more than five, and larger groups are referred to booking a private guided tour.
