PapJam is a board game jam in Copenhagen where people of all skill levels gather to design and create their own board games. Whether you're a seasoned board game designer or simply love games and have always dreamed of trying your hand at game design, this event is for you.
Over an entire weekend, board games are created from scratch. You need no prior experience – only the knowledge of how to play a board game and a desire to be creative. All materials for creative work and testing are provided. You'll work in groups, and on Saturday each group receives feedback from another group. Sunday culminates in the submission deadline, playthrough of all new games, and voting for best game and best interpretation of the year's theme, followed by an award ceremony.

Schedule: Friday from 6:00 PM (group formation and theme announcement), Saturday from 9:00 AM–1:00 AM (feedback at 2:00 PM), Sunday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (submission deadline at 12:00 PM, gameplay and awards).
Price: 110–175 DKK (early-bird for the first 10 tickets)
Tickets: 30 in total for sale
What to bring: All materials are provided. Feel free to bring a computer for graphic work and optional materials for game hybrids. Wireless network and printers are available.
Food: You are welcome to bring your own food. Numerous dining spots are located near the venue, including Bastard Cafe Valby on the ground floor.
