PARZIVAL performs their first concert following the release of their new album 'Grimoire' at The Black Cat/Rust. The album continues the heavy epic sound from their previous album 'Ordalium'. PARZIVAL is one of Denmark's longest-running underground bands, with roots dating back to 1992. The music is grand, bombastic and epically dark – a blend of gothic and gnostic rock with influences from darkwave, martial industrial and Wagnerian atmosphere. Classic tracks are also expected on the setlist.
Support comes from SOLYARA, a Copenhagen duo that since 2016 has created atmospheric melodic music rooted in darkwave and shoegaze post-rock. With dreamy guitar sounds, atmospheric synths and charismatic vocals, Laura Noszczyk and Dave Müller deliver an appropriately dark soundscape to introduce the evening.
After the concerts, The Black Cat goth/synth/industrial nightclub continues in Rust's basement 'Støvlen' with DJs throughout the night.
