Discover the graphic universe of street art through beads in this workshop with artist duo OEPS Crew. Here you transform the forms, letters and colors of graffiti aesthetics into unique patterns on bead plates — a creative fusion of street art and colorful beads.
Regardless of your experience, you can get started right away; the workshop requires no prior knowledge, only a willingness to play with colors and design. In 30-40 minutes you can create 2-3 letters. Plan ahead what you want to write — your tag, your initials or something completely different. You can make your own small plate or collaborate with friends on a larger work.
OEPS Crew guides you through the creation of letters, shadows and effects, and your finished works are ironed at the end. Saturday October 17th and Sunday October 18th, both days 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the museum basement. Price 150 kr., which includes admission to Copenhagen Museum the same day.
