Rolling Teens is a skating team designed for teenagers who want a training group all their own. The age limit is set to 12–16 years — you must be at least 12 years old to participate, and if you are older than 16, it is recommended to try the club's Freestyle team instead.
The coach, Camille Lundgren (19 years old), has been brought in specifically for the team. She is skilled on skates, entertaining, and creative with training variations that both challenge and keep it fun. You will learn to skate fast, jump, skate backwards, roll through cones, skate on one leg, perfect braking technique, and much more.
Important requirement: The team is NOT for beginners. You must be able to stand safely on skates, roll straight, and turn so you can keep up with the training.
The team is unique in that it is your time — teenage time. Parents and companions are encouraged to stay out of the training hall and instead use the café and other facilities at the sports venue.
Equipment: You can use either inline or SideBySide roller skates. The club requires mandatory use of a bicycle or skate helmet; wrist, elbow, and knee protectors are recommended. See training schedule and cancellations on Holdsport or VRK.dk — watch for late cancellations up to 2 hours before training.
Team leader: Brian. You can sign up for a free trial training.
