Join a guided tour at The Royal Library and gain insight into what cultural heritage is and why it matters for both the present and the future. The tour takes place in the library’s newest section, the iconic building The Black Diamond on the waterfront, as well as in the older part of the library: the Holm and Hansen buildings. Along the way, you will learn more about the architecture, history, cultural activities, and the work of The Royal Library - what it collects, preserves, and communicates.
The guided tour lasts 1 hour. English tour: Monday at 15 and Sunday at 12. Danish tour: Sunday at 13.30. Admission: 120 kr. The ticket also gives access on the same day to all exhibitions at The Black Diamond. If you have a Diamantklub annual pass, you must enter your membership number just before paying for the tickets to receive your discounts. Venue: Det Kongelige Bibliotek/Den Sorte Diamant.
