Salon Bleu is a unique monthly jazz evening at Babylon Restaurant & Bar, where a prominent Danish vocal artist meets a carefully curated jazz band of the country's finest musicians. One rehearsal, one sound check, then an intimately charged concert lasting approximately one hour – anything can happen on an evening that only happens once.
Selina Gin is one of Denmark's most prominent vocalists, songwriters and producers. Since launching her solo career in 2019, she has established herself through powerful live performances and acclaimed music production. Her sound moves between vulnerable electronica pop and distinctive songwriting, which has secured significant streaming play on DR P6 Beat and recognition from Politiken, Soundvenue and GAFFA. With her band The Iconics, she has filled venues across the country and established herself as one of Denmark's most compelling live artists.
Band members: Cecilie Strange, Anna Roemer, Anders 'AC' Christensen, Nikolaj Hess, Mikkel Hess.
The space transforms into an intimate scene with soft blue lighting, small tables with white tablecloths and table lamps – the perfect setting for magic.
