Step into the Hall of Knights at Christiansborg Palace and experience composer Hannah Schneider's immersive soundwork "A Thread Woven Into Time" through headphones. The work is inspired by and created in dialogue with Bjørn Nørgaard's iconic tapestries, commissioned for Queen Margrethe, which form the setting for the concert.
In the Hall of Knights, atmosphere and history intertwine: impressive lighting brings the tapestries' motifs and narratives to life in new colours, while the music invites you on a personal journey without interruption. As a Silent Concert, you can move freely among the artworks and let sound and visual impressions meet on your own terms.
The event takes place during Culture Night at Christiansborg Palace. The final Silent Concert concludes at 21:00, after which all Culture Night visitors without pre-registration can also experience the beautiful Hall of Knights.
