Experience the striking Greenlandic rapper Tarrak in an intimate setting at ALICE. With burning expressivity and political force, he delivers powerful rap about identity, resistance, inequality and colonial structures of power. Regardless of language, his charisma and unmistakable message captivate the entire audience.
Tarrak has established himself as a vital voice on Greenland's music scene. His breakthrough track "Tupilak" from his debut album "FxGxS" went viral and made him known far beyond Greenland. Since then, through albums such as "Josef Tarrak" (2019) and recent singles like "Pigalugu" (2025), he has proven himself an artist who uses rap for reflection, resistance and community. He made his Roskilde Festival debut in 2023 as the first Greenlandic rapper ever and returns to the main programme in 2026.
This is a school concert in an intimate setting – a rare opportunity to meet an artist whose significance extends far beyond music.
