Embark on a magical theatrical journey into the Hundred Acre Wood. Winnie the Pooh and his friends — Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger and many others — unfold exciting adventures and discover what true friendship means. Based on A.A. Milne's beloved story about the endearing bear with a heart of gold and an endless love for honey.
Director Simon Boberg and performer Peter Holst (who also wrote the script and music) have created a theatrical piece full of humour, warmth and magical moments. Set design and puppets are by Karin Ørum, while Pernille Plantener Holst and Janus Jensen handle lighting and sound respectively. The performance lasts approximately 40 minutes and is created for children from 3 years and up — but the whole family will enjoy it.
Practical info: The event is part of the Teatermagi i efterårsferien festival in week 42, taking place in several locations across Copenhagen. Ticket sales open approximately one month in advance. Admission: 35 kr.
