Every Thursday, local producers showcase their handcrafted products at the market square. You'll meet producers such as Søagergård, Hyldemarken, Sweets N Greens, Meta Fermentary and Drys, all working with small-scale cultivation and production.
The selection changes seasonally and includes microgreens, specialty mushrooms, potatoes, yoghurt, game meat, miso and tamari. All producers share a focus on craftsmanship and quality from farm to table. Visit between 3–7 p.m. and meet the people behind the products.
